The aftercare facility is a structured, stimulating program, which includes free-play, educational games, videos, art and project work. Free choice of activity is encouraged.
Discipline is part of our code of conduct and all activities are supervised by a qualified and experienced educator.
The age group catered for is from 4 years through to the Senior Primary phase. Avril Cooper, an experienced Junior Primary teacher, is the aftercare co-ordinator and facilitator.
Games and equipment are continuously up-graded to maintain an educational, but fun-filled afternoon, which runs from 12:30 to 17:00 daily, except during school and public holidays.
Application forms are available from the school secretary during normal school hours.

The aim of the St George’s Prep Aftercare facility is to create a structured, happy and stimulating environment for the pupils. Free play is encouraged once homework is completed.
Simple life skills will be introduced and all pupils are encouraged to participate.

Mrs Irene Perry is our Aftercare co-ordinator, assisted by Miss Jenna Wilson, who is currently studying Early Childhood Development. Mrs Patricia Willem, a popular staff member with both staff and pupils alike, has been employed at St George’s Prep for a number of years, and also assists with Aftercare pupils.
