Application Procedure
Contact Dianne directly to request an application form or to set up an appointment to meet the Headmaster and view the school. Alternatively print the PDF form that is attached here.
What to do once you have completed the application form
Return the application form to St George’s Preparatory School. No placement fee is required at this stage, but it is recommended that you return the form as soon as possible. Please note – submitting an application form does not automatically imply your child’s acceptance at the school. With the completed application form we require
A copy of the applicant’s latest school report
A copy of the applicant’s birth certificate
Copies of both parents’ ID document
